Before we get to these 3 AWESOME appetizer/snack recipes, I have to tell you the back-story on these beauties. Last night was HUGE night at House Of Strength! We rolled out a brand new program with personal & private chef Dan Vogt.

Whatever you want, you order the quantity and meals that work for you and Dan cooks them. He then ships them to your door via FedEx. BOOM! Your “Ryan Munsey approved” meals are cooked and delivered to your doorstep. And they taste absolutely delicious!

As I said, Dan was in the HOUSE last night with 3 appetizers to sample.

So here you go…3 awesome recipes from Dan the man Vogt to get you through the holiday parties without blowing your diet!

[box title=”Roasted Cauliflower Hummus With Cucumber Chips” color=”#333333″]Bake Cauliflower in Oven

Mash and mix in olive oil, garlic powder, vinegar, and tahini (sesame butter)

Serve on thin slices of cucumber

[/box] [box title=”Salami Chips with Eggplant & Almond Butter Dip” color=”#333333″]Bake or grill eggplant until well done

Scoop eggplant flesh out of skin & mix with almond butter

Bake or use a dehydrator to dry salami into chips[/box]

[box title=”BLT Deviled Eggs” color=”#333333″]Hard-boil your eggs (12 eggs makes 24 pieces)

Slice eggs in half length-wise and remove the yolks, setting them aside

Mix yokes, guacamole, paprika, diced sun-dried tomatoes, and baked prosciutto

Place spoonful of the yoke mixture in each egg-white half[/box]
