Cohort 1 begins the Week of October 16, 2023
and runs through November 29, 2023.
6-Week group coaching cohort where we will dial-in and optimize every area of your life so you can bust through plateaus and make real progress.
We will cover:
- Mindset: Setting the right goals, the importance of language & inner dialogue, conquering limiting beliefs, values, and more.
- Nutrition: What labs/bloodwork to look at and how to optimize your health + eat for longevity.
- Fitness: Everything you need to upgrade YOUR physical performance. Customized to your situation and goals
- Energy, stress, and time management: All the tips, tricks, “hacks”, and strategies you need to feel & perform at your best daily
The group will meet virtually once per week for 6 weeks.
These meetings will last 60-75 minutes and will be recorded in case you have to miss a session for some reason.
Between meetings, we’ll stay in continuous contact via a community platform for:
- Accountability
- Troubleshooting
- Ongoing discussions
- Posts
- Q & A
- And DM’s.
As a cohort member, you will have email and DM access to me throughout the duration of the program.
