The Better Human Workshop takes F*ck Your Feelings a few steps further, to help you truly master your mind and move closer to living as the highest expression of yourself.
This 1-day event, like the book that serves as it’s foundation, arms you with a versatile understanding of the human operating system that has carryover to ever aspect of life so you can operate with greater awareness.
Built on the universal laws of biology, physiology, psychology, and human nature, the Better Human Workshop delivers proven strategies to drive high performance in sport, business, relationships, and every other area of life.
I work closely with Olympic and professional athletes, Hollywoods celebrities, Special Forces Operators and elite entrepreneurs and C-Level executives as a high performance coach and advisor. This workshop provides you with the unique opportunity to experience the same exercises, strategies, and tactics we use in those 1:1 settings.
