My Current Morning Routine:

  • Drink warm water with 1 tsp sea salt
  • 12 minutes joovv red light
  • Cold shower
  • Read + gratitude journal
  • This takes about 30-40 minutes.
  • I sleep with my phone on airplane mode. Only after these do I turn my phone on.
