My Current Morning Routine:
- Drink warm water with 1 tsp sea salt
- 12 minutes joovv red light
- Cold shower
- Read + gratitude journal
- This takes about 30-40 minutes.
- I sleep with my phone on airplane mode. Only after these do I turn my phone on.
