4 Tips To Eat Healthy When Traveling:  I’ve averaged about 10 days away from home every month this year.
.
Whether I’m traveling for work or play, I want to feel at my best. (If I’m working, my job performance, and livelihood, depends on it - so I don’t leave anything to chance.)
.
Here’s what I’ve got for you:
.
1️⃣ Have a plan. Seems obvious enough, but those who struggle to stay on track when traveling rarely do this. If we go into any situation unprepared, our odds of success plummet dramatically. “Eating healthy” is no exception to this.  2️⃣ You can’t eat what you don’t have. Read that again. Maybe get it tattooed on your body. It hold true for “good foods” and “bad foods”. I go the store for water and other essentials as soon as I arrive at my destination.

3️⃣ Get a kitchen. I always stay in hotels with kitchens or AirBnB’s so I can cook and eat what I want.
.
4️⃣ As I told one of my athletes years ago, “It doesn’t have to be perfect... it just has to NOT SUCK.” Let’s face it, we’re out of our routine, away from home... it’s going to be a challenge, there will be obstacles, but those are no excuse to eat like Kevin McAllister in Home Alone with no adult supervision. Right @cedmonds18 🤣 👊🏼.

Final thoughts 💭 , don’t leave it to chance. Nobody has a Hall Of Fame career by accident, and healthy eating habits are not an accident.  Take ownership, prioritize, and execute. You can do that.
